Senior Consultant

We are looking to add a talented Senior Consultant/Manager to work side-by-side with our team of experienced healthcare professionals.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with principals and thought leaders in the industry and interact with senior-level leaders
• Engage with teams and lead tasks while working on a broad variety of projects
• Assist in the development of our new service offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership pieces and influence the growth of our brand

A qualified candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in the healthcare industry with 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
• Experience working on projects involving: IT strategic planning, system selection, contract negotiation, and IT departmental assessments and planning
• Experience working on an Epic implementation project would be ideal
• Highly knowledgeable about the healthcare landscape and current trends in the industry
• Ability to create and manage executive-level presentations
• Ability to coordinate and manage resources, schedules, and project timelines
• A solid history of superior personal achievement in school and work
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions that address client needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to work in a “start-up” environment, with a willingness to take on challenges in a growing organization
• Genuine passion and commitment to answer the “what if” questions
• Willingness to travel and be on client site up to 50% at times
