Why We’re Looking

A salesperson will retain revenue, drive customer engagement and utilization, and grow revenue. This individual will be representing industry leading, proven, and award-winning automotive software solutions from Lightyear, Oplogic, and iService . This portfolio includes Enterprise Retail Cloud DMS, Document Management, CRM, Desking, F&I Menus, Equity, Telephony, Fraud Protection, Service Lane Tools, and more.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop quarterly business plans to pursue new business to exceed goals
  • Network and build relationships to gain referrals for new business
  • Meet with decision makers and stakeholders to uncover dealership needs and quantify financial impact
  • Present solutions to prospects and customers
  • Sell upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and conquest through upgrade, renewal, and conquest motions
  • Establish long-term relationships and trusted advisor status with customers
  • Partner with tenured and industry experienced Business Development Managers, Performance Managers, Solution Engineers, and Implementation Specialists


What We’re Looking For

  • Been there, done that sales professional
  • 5+ years of automotive software experience, representing a similar portfolio with proven results
  • Sales professional with experience in sales process, presentation, opportunity management, strategy, and negotiation
  • Project management style focus to achieve desired business results
  • Relationship builder at the C-Level
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and internal tools (SFDC, PPT, Teams, Excel, etc.) skills
  • Remote, field based role with approximately 25%+ of your time working at the customer or prospect’s site
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in career experience
