ONSITE: Hybrid Schedule Tuesd - Thursday in office

Our client's marketing team is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to execute and maintain the email communication customer journey to their customers on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role will help execute a newly implemented SFDC software and will work cross functionally to build and render the internal architecture.

In This Role
  • Build email templates, template library, and marketing emails in Salesforce 
  • Create, turn on, and maintain customer journeys, defining entry/exit criteria and customer actions based on established marketing goals 
  • Manage inbox deliverability – following email marketing best practices 
  • Develop and lead email program QA, including design rendering and journey UAT
Testing, Optimization, Reporting 
  • Execute email channel performance testing 
  • Create and manage analytic dashboards within Marketing Cloud for email program reporting
Data Management & Admin 
  • Leverage Salesforce connector to create data extensions based on messaging goals 
  • Responsible for subscriber and list hygiene  
  • Leverage customer data to identify opportunities for personalization and dynamic content, executing on these opportunities based on marketing goals
The Ideal Person
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Cloud, CRM, CLM – Salesforce experience strongly preferred 
  • Well-versed in Content Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Studio, and Journey Builder 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Connector, including reporting, data extension creation, and lead and contact management. 
  • Proven HTML, CSS, and AMP script experience  
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with GA integration with Marketing Cloud  
  • Certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
