Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Sales Manager/Associate General Manager.
MUST HAVE food or beverage background.
Bilingual Sales Manager/Associate GM for a large food distribution company in the South Florida market. This individual would have P&L/Budget responsibility in overseeing a team of street and key account sales reps and driving sales in the local market. Aggressive comp and benefit package. This is a developmental position with direct promotable runway to a General Manager opportunity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all Branch activities.
Reviews market analyses.
Prepare Branch plans and operating budgets based on goals.
Determines Branch product offering and pricing.
Assists the Vice President of Regional Operations with labor relations.
Develops and directs training plans, programs, and procedures.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree; 5-7 years of related experience.
Participation in industry associations a plus.
Knowledge of Internet, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Valid driver’ license issued by the State where assigned.
