Client is seeking a Financial Support Consultant to drive best practice processes and perform supportive tasks to improve our customers' use of information technology, including Epicor Kinetic software. As a Financial Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Care Service Team. Your responsibilities will include supporting custom-tailored, high-quality financial deliverables and providing efficient customer service. Your proven experience in ERP engagements will contribute to the success of our projects.

To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, MIS, IS, Finance or related) or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and International Financial Reporting Standards,
• Experience developing and improvement of business processes for all aspects of Financial Management, including AR, AP, Project Accounting, Asset Management, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.
• Ability to travel 10% for customer engagements.
