Job description

We are seeking a northeastern US Business Development Manager to join our team! You should have experience selling architectural products to the High-end Interior Architecture/Construction industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers in the high-end residential construction markets, primarily in the northeastern US.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Develop detailed proposals for review with owner and submittal to customer.
  • Meet with stakeholders to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the contract cycle.
  • Create and curate sales material and presentations.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships with top high-end residential and commercial interior architecture and design firms, and general contractors.
  • Proven track record in high-end residential construction sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Experience with and understanding of Architectural, Interior Design drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to do take-offs, and create proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.


Compensation:

  • Base salary - negotiated.
  • Commission - 5% - (6-8M/yr sales target).
  • Vehicle & expenses.
