Position Summary

This position will participate in the full cycle recruiting process while working with a collaborative and supportive team. We want a team member who can integrate ITS Logistics’ brand strategy, culture, and vision into all recruitment activities and platforms.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Consult with the hiring team to understand the job role and its requirements, including skills, qualifications, experience, and attributes
  • Leverage a variety of social media platforms.
  • Conduct passive outreach. Establish attractive emails and outreach materials to engage candidates.
  • Explore job boards and candidate database services.
  • Work closely with marketing to establish, sell, and recruit high quality team members.
  • Work closely with local Universities and other workforce agencies.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline, generate referrals, build ad campaigns, etc.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through dedicated market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Partners with recruiting team to lock in onsite and panel interviews.
  • Completes all necessary administrative functions.
  • Identify potential candidates from a talent pool who meet the job requirements
  • Screens resumes and sends qualified candidates to the recruiting team for further vetting.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in supporting a human resources function in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment. We’re looking for a candidate with an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics. 1-3 years’ recruiting experience preferred.
