Impact Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator for a project-based contract role! This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting mission-driven projects.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage our hiring process for several key roles, ensuring we attract and secure top talent aligned with our team's goals. You will work closely with Impact's senior leadership to streamline the hiring process and provide regular updates on progress.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Identify and source star applicants based on the team's goals
Review all incoming applications
Conduct phone screenings with top candidates
Hiring Process Management:
Manage the hiring process within Workable, partnering closely with Impact's senior leadership with speed
Oversee all communications with candidates up until the offer letter stage
Reporting:
Provide weekly progress updates on all roles to senior leadership via Slack
Include open role metric updates in weekly reports
Requirements
Deep understanding of creating and executing an inclusive and equitable hiring process
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and quickly
Must have LinkedIn Recruiter

Time commitment: Part-time (estimated 20-35 hours per week)
Position length: Contract (2 months, with the potential to extend)
Compensation: $40-50 per hour
