We are now looking to add a strong QC Manager to the team!

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related
• 3 + years of experience in civil construction
• Understanding of Quality Control Process
• Proficient with Project Management Software
• Ability to coordinate w/ teams
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for the overall quality of the finished project and shall establish and enforce job site quality and quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. Various Project duties and deliverables include:

• The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for the overall quality of the finished project and shall establish and enforce job site quality and quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction
• Various Project duties and deliverables include:
• Oversee proper execution of the work in progress, in strict accordance with plans, specifications, approved submittals and manufacturer's technical requirements
• Initiate RFI's arising from or related to quality control related matters
• Communicate and meet with all inspectors of Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) at municipal, county and state levels
• Review Subcontractors' required field documentation to ensure they are working from applicable plans, specifications, submittals and data
• Coordinate QA/QC matters, including adjacent/surrounding work, proper materials and materials management, procedures and field conditions by and between trades
• Create and update project punch lists utilizing Procore Construction Management Software
• Attend and participate in project meetings
