Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the Transformation Team on a long-term contract basis. This role is critical in driving key initiatives and projects that support the company's strategic goals and transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate project processes and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, focusing on large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience in a large corporate environment is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
