Client Overview: One of North America’s leading apparel companies specializing in Mens and Boys Sportswear.
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Production Manager who can work in a team-oriented environment.
Production Manager Responsibilities:
Manage end to end production follow-up, working with makers on all T&A from start of the order, coordinating with design team for tech pack & spec accuracy.
Working with QC for all inspections, ensuring on time delivery, daily overseas communication.
Must be willing to travel overseas.
Must be able to multitask, handle deadlines and possess excellent communication skills.
Production Manager Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in the needle trade industry.
Walmart Experience is required as well as other US retailers.
Extensive knowledge in men’s, ladies, childrenswear garments is needed.
Excellent knowledge of Production (from fabric, trim to CM), private label, strong knowledge and experience in the production process, fit/specs, and garment testing/regulations (inclusive of children's safety protocol) and US retailers’ compliance for garments and factory is required.
