Production and Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activities on shift related to loading, shipping and raw materials
• Develop SOPs and training plans to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity
• Ensure that shipping department equipment is properly maintained and operational
• Support with cycle counting, equipment inspections, etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Mining or Production Experience
• 1+ Year experience in Shipping
• Great Leadership Skillset
• MS Office Suite

Preferred Skillset:

• Union Experience
• SAP Proficiency
