We are seeking a highly skilled Process Consultant to engage with our pharmaceutical client’s Global Regulatory Affairs group. The consultant will play a pivotal role in an upcoming project aimed at identifying a platform via RFP for electronic labeling of pharmaceutical products and providing process support throughout its implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts in the Global Regulatory Affairs group to define the future state of labeling activities
  • Utilize design thinking approaches, including “white space” and “how might we” techniques, to create innovative and effective future state designs
  • Gather and analyze requirements from subject matter experts, focusing on IT perspectives, to inform and format questions for the upcoming RFP
  • Develop a practical project roadmap, outlining interim states and dependencies, to guide the project from inception to the fully realized future state
  • Provide ongoing process support and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices throughout the implementation phase

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in process consulting within the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • 10+ years overall work experience as a process consultant
  • 3+ years in pharma or healthcare industry, with directly relevant experience in process design, modeling and optimization
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Experience in designing process in alignment with IT solutions
  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, particularly “white space” and “how might we” techniques
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong ability to gather and analyze requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects, including the ability to map out roadmaps with interim states and dependencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of the organization
  • Practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide actionable recommendations and support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic labeling processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and vendor selection
  • Black/Green Belt
  • Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
