Piping Designer

Start Date: ASAP

On-site in Marinette, WI

Working hours- 7am-4pm CST

Senior Engineers : 3 (Detail Designers)

Must Haves:

• 2-5 years working on ECNs- Engineering Change Notices
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel
• Associate degree

Plusses:

ShipConstructor or Navis software experience

Day to day:

Working on ECNs

Updating and finalizing drawings made to piping systems within the vessel

Making changes to models based on ECNs

Senior Engineers: 2 (3D Checkers)

Must Haves:

• Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel
• “3D checking “ knowledge
• Associate degree
• 2-5 years of experience with piping/ship design
• Engineering processing knowledge

Plusses:

ShipConstructor or Navis software experience

Day to day:

Checking diagrams and designs in 3D AutoCad

Checking specs of piping systems and ensuring they are NAVSEA compliant

Senior Engineer Technicians- 2 (2D Checkers):

Must Haves:

• “checker 2D” knowledge
• 5+ years of experience checking 3D piping
• 2D/3D piping experience
• Proficient in 2D AutoCad

Plusses:

ShipConstructor or Navis software experience

Day to day:

Checking diagrams and designs in 2D AutoCad

Viewing specs in 2D AutoCad
