We Anticipate Opportunities To Advise On

• Multi-state and federal labor and employment legal and regulatory advice.
• Employment policies, procedures, and handbook updates.
• Employment agreement drafting and negotiation.
• Employee benefits, including ERISA advice.
• Employment-related investigations and claims.
• Compliance program development, training, monitoring and investigations.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of total practice experience, including 4+ years of experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm.
• At least six months of experience operating a solo practice.
