Operations Manager

Pettis Search Partners is currently assisting our client, in the logistic industry, with an Operations Manager search. This candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for their distribution center. The Operations Manager will also focus on finding opportunities for production process improvements, building, and maintaining employee relations, and the overall increase of operations efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an operation leadership role
• Must have fast paced distribution center experience
• Managing large hourly workforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• 100% on-site role.
