Our state-of-the-art optimization and AI technologies empower software developers to program any robot arm efficiently and reliably, catering to diverse applications in manufacturing, logistics, construction, agriculture, and beyond. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Office Operations Manager to support our daily operations and assist the leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing startup in the robotics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
Assist the leadership team with various tasks and projects
Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
Oversee office administration tasks, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and systems
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
Take initiatives and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Passion for the robotics industry and emerging technologies (preferred)
