About The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

About the team The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.
Responsibilities -Manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience -Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing and sourcing across various departments and locations -Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency -Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques)
This is a 6-month contract payrolled through a third-party agency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) -Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $38- $50.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
