Job Summary: 

The Multimedia Designer is the nexus of all things creative. This role understands the ask behind every design task, ensuring every creative deliverable is on brand, on mission, and consistent to the overall strategy. This role has an informed opinion on how creative performs in the market, how to craft effective ads for each given medium, and how to translate a design concept across mediums. This role needs to be a proficient graphic designer who also has skills in video editing, animation, audio, web, or other design disciplines. 

This role will collaborate with Account Managers and Media departments to design and implement actionable creative strategies that drive results for clients.

PIN’s Client Operations Team is a group of marketing specialists, designing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns across social, video, display, experiential, search, and just about any media you can think of. Combined with an in house team of developers, an award winning film and video production studio, and a strong network of owned and operated social communities, we produce clever, insightful, and impactful work for clients locally and nationally.

You’re unafraid to dive into new tactics, channels, and methods for our clients and you keep your mind sharp on the industry and its latest developments and tools. You’re accountable to deadlines, and accountable to your team. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, you won’t be shy around a Zoom call or a client meeting, and you won’t be the person who prefers someone else map out their day or keep to themselves. You’ll come with opinions and stories of success and failure (hopefully some of them are funny too), and you’re open to learn as you write more stories of your success.  


Core Responsibilities:

  • Be an end to end design specialist. You’ll plan and execute creative works in whatever medium the project calls for. 
  • Act as the design owner or lead on a series of accounts, proactively ensuring our design program achieves the maximum ROI for the client and facilitates their business goals in conjunction with paid media and account management.
  • Creation and production of engaging digital and physical brand experiences that solve for business and user objectives.
  • Application of your design thinking and execution skills throughout the entire campaign and client relationship, recognizing opportunities to step in and step up the creative process.
  • Inform the creative planning process at a client and organization level

Qualifications:

  • Live within the Denver Metro area with comfortability commuting to the DTC area approximately 3 days per week, and to client sites and studios as needed.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition with 3+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia design including experiences in at least two of the following:



  • Graphic design
  • UI/UX design
  • Video production and video editing
  • Animation
  • Web Design
  • Print Design
  • Audio production


  • A strong disposition for marketing and advertising with a desire to work on the design and production of clever and actionable work to drive results for clients
  • Expertise in the Adobe suite of products
  • A compelling portfolio of work in multimedia design including graphic design, video, photo, web, or other
  • Highly motivated self-starter 
  • Skill and experience in photography and photo editing
  • Competent in email design, with experience in builder applications and a working understanding of HTML and CSS from a design perspective
  • Good understanding of of UX/UI design principles with some experience designing and implementing them
  • Higher education in design, marketing, communications, advertising, business, or another discipline that demonstrates you’re a disciplined and well rounded thinker
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills 
  • Effectively able to prioritize projects and workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Be cool to work with

Preferred/Nice to have:

  • Agency Experience
  • Client facing experience
  • Social Media management
  • An understanding of paid media


Compensation & Bennefits:

  • Salary - $55,000-65,000 Annually, depending on experience
