Job Summary
Elements Connect is looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build and develop user-friendly digital products and contribute to various aspects of software design and development.
Responsibilities
Mobile App Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms
Flutter Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Flutter to create efficient and visually appealing mobile UIs
Cross-Platform Development: Write clean, maintainable code that can be easily shared across platforms, ensuring a consistent user experience
UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications and create a seamless and visually appealing user interface
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to team members
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and responsive app behavior
API Integration: Integrate with backend APIs and services, ensuring data is retrieved and displayed accurately
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, identify and fix bugs, and ensure app reliability and stability
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, workflows, and project specifications
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, best practices, and emerging trends in mobile app development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a Mobile Software Engineer with a strong focus on Flutter development
Proficiency in Dart programming language
Hands-on experience with Flutter's core principles and best practices
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns
Knowledge of mobile app testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code
A portfolio of previous Flutter projects is a plus
