Compass Health Network is seeking a Medical Services Supervisor to oversee medical services at our Primary Care clinic locations in North/Central Moberly, Salisbury, and Marceline. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care through your leadership and coordination skills.

• Responsibilities:
  
  

Program Oversight and Compliance:**

• Manage program operations and facilitate communication among program components.
• Ensure adherence to licensing and accrediting standards including HRSA, DMH, and others.
• Supervise laboratory functions and ensure compliance with CLIA and OSHA standards.
  
  

Medication And Vaccine Management

• Oversee Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Applications and medication-related activities documentation.
• Coordinate VFC programs guidelines and ensure proper storage and procurement of vaccines and medical supplies.
  
  

Quality Improvement And Staff Management

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and maintain medication and medical supply storage.
• Lead weekly Integrated Care Team meetings and manage staff productivity and efficiency.
  
  

Supervisory Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day operations of supervisees and complete performance development processes.
• Oversee time card management and ensure progress towards departmental goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed in Missouri.
• Associates in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare supervision preferred.
