About the role...

YOOBIC is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the technologies and automations used by our Marketing team to support and streamline processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will evaluate our current marketing technologies, analyze data, and develop reports for the marketing and sales teams to enhance marketing initiatives. This key role involves managing marketing tech stack, email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring our marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth.


What you will do...

  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to streamline operations and improve prospect data management and overall demand gen performance
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track and analyze the full funnel, including performance by channel, velocity, conversion rate and efficiency metrics. Share that data in an actionable format and help to drive necessary process improvements to improve overall performance and efficiencyExpertise in assessing marketing processes and finding ways to improve efficiency or quality of work.
  • Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the platform to support YOOBIC’s marketing operations and campaigns.
  • Be responsible for owning and leveraging 6sense, along with other intent signals and scoring mechanisms, to drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage data hygiene, list management and administration of YOOBIC’s HubSpot marketing automation and collaborate with YOOBIC’s Salesforce Administrator to improve data transfers across CRM technologies (includes Salesforce list management for marketing campaigns).
  • Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot to improve visibility and measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness and insights.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward.


What we need...

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Marketing Operations in a high-growth SaaS tech company
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce and 6sense
  • Proficient in CRM and Marketing automation platforms, and in integrating other
  • technologies including database enrichment/cleansing tools such as Apollo
  • Proficient in B2B marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, as well as ABM and 3rd party data platforms
  • Experience with data management and maintaining data hygiene
  • Experience with lead funnel management, lead creation, delivery and tracking processes
  • Expert in sales and marketing measurement analysis
  • Strong analytical experience and ability to produce actionable performance insight
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • High-energy, a self-starting team player, creative thinker, and influencer
  • HubSpot Certified is a plus
