We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join us in our continued mission. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy and optimizing our operational processes. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing programs across our tech stack to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to market
Utilize expertise to instrument marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring accurate data capture for measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI
Implement and standardize UTM parameters for tracking and analyzing campaign performance accurately
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and seamless data flows in accordance with defined sales and attribution processes
Manage lead upload and enrichment processes to support segmentation and routing criteria, enhancing lead quality and targeting precision
Develop and implement multi-touch attribution models to attribute revenue and success accurately across marketing channels
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators providing insights into campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing impact
Serve as the primary administrator for marketing systems, ensuring data integrity, user access, and system integrations
Streamline marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize marketing operations
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives
Foster strong relationships and communication channels to ensure cross-departmental synergy and collaboration
Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of hands on experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment
Must be certified in HubSpot while knowledge of or working with 6Sense is a significant advantage
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

The typical pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD [$105,000.00] to [$142,750.00] per year. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s work location. In addition to a candidate’s work location, an individual’s base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At PlexTrac, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and equity options. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
