Job Overview:

LPL’s Strategic Wealth Services department is looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant with a high proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing. In this position, you will support Senior Marketing Consultants who are the marketing point person for several LPL advisors. The ideal candidate has strong experience in graphic design (Canva), websites (blog posting, SEO, and copy updates), email (recurring and ad-hoc setups and sends, workflows, and list management), social media (content scheduling, captions, proofing, links, and posting), sourcing & research (gift sourcing, vendor coordination, promotional items, and content research), stationery reorders, and compliance submissions. The Marketing Consultant reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for several LPL advisors via traditional and digital marketing initiatives and platforms month-over-month to align with the advisors’ overarching goals.
• The ideal candidate has experience in graphic design (Canva).
• Website management to include blog posting, SEO, and copy updates.
• Manage emails- recurring and ad-hoc setups and sends, workflows, and list management.
• Create social media graphics and captions. Schedule content to be distributed by platform.
• Complete compliance submissions to ensure the content, brand, and messaging are approved.
• Sourcing & Research- complete gift and promotional items sourcing, vendor coordination, and content research.
• Assist senior marketing consultant with other marketing activities on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' professional digital marketing experience or a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  
  
  

Preferences:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Moderate graphic design skills using graphic programs (i.e. Canva, Adobe)
• Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, & SEM
• Solid knowledge of inbound marketing tools (i.e. HubSpot) and familiarity with web management
• Working knowledge of web maintenance principles, best practices, and content management platforms
• Experience creating social media ads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
  

Pay Range:

$60,200.00 - $100,300.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
