Manager, Project Finance

Manager, Project Finance required by a global renewable energy developer operating in utility scale wind and solar.

The role

Support financing, and development of renewable energy projects. This role will suit someone with a strong background in project finance and tax equity. This position is onsite in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling supporting deb & tax equity financing
• Support project finance transaction negotiations with financing partners
• Prepare proposals , investment memos, cash-flow analysis, forecasting
• Finance analysis & due-diligence
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams identifying project finance opportunities

Experience

• Bachelors degree (Finance, economics or similar). masters (bonus)
• Project Finance, debt financing, tax equity structures
• Financial modelling (Excel). VBA (bonus)
• Financial risk assessment
• Awareness of renewable energy policy, technology and the industry trends
