As a Manager, Professional Services, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and overall success of a specific practice area within the organization. Your role involves leading a team of professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services or products.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the practice in alignment with the overall business goals.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to make informed business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals within the practice. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed.
Oversee the execution of projects within the practice area to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services or products that meet or exceed client expectations.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure business continuity.
Effectively communicate the practice's vision, goals, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Work cross functionally across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a SaaS business, hospitality experience preferred.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Salesforce experience required. Kantata / Mavenlink is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
