Managed Services Microsoft Consultant (Future hire)

Description

Interlink is looking for an innovative Managed Services Microsoft Consultant to join our Managed Services team. This role is customer-facing, as you will advise clients on issues related to strategy, infrastructure, and all major services. Reporting to the Director of Managed Services, you will deliver technical expertise and technology-based solutions for our clients. Our ideal candidate is an IT professional with prior consulting experience and a strong Microsoft background, as we are focused on Office 365, Azure, Security, SQL Server, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on deployment and migration projects
• Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects
• Provide third-level support to Clients
• Provide strong customer service while working with Clients on-site or remote
• Find opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them
• Architect projects for other members of the delivery team to complete
• Find opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them
• Delivers technical support on client contracts
• Provides day-to-day technical, project, and process support and expertise to the client team
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior consulting experience
• Strong experience (typically 3+ years) supporting Office 365, Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Intune
• Ability to establish and nurture strong internal and client-driven relationships and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment
• Active industry certifications are helpful/preferred
