Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience, preferably in Data, Analytics, or Information Management.
In-depth knowledge and experience in the P&C Insurance domain.
Expertise in data integration from internal and external sources.
Hands-on experience with ELT, ETL, Cloud Computing, and programming languages.
Proficiency in Snowflake and building ELT/ETL for Data Vault and Dimensional Modeling structures.
Familiarity with cloud databases, particularly Snowflake.
Strong understanding of best practices and solution patterns.
Skilled in SQL for data testing, validation, and analysis.
Experience in agile project delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Proficiency in scheduling/orchestration tools and creating wrapper scripts.
Expertise in SQL and complex Stored Procedures.
Preferred experience with Streamsets, Matillion, or IICS.
Familiarity with the CICD process.
Experience in leading offshore teams and project delivery.
