Longwise Wealth Partners is a multi generational wealth management practice in Lakewood & Vail Valley Colorado. We provide integrated financial planning for over 500 high net worth clients nationwide. Our team's mission is to build confidence while reducing financial anxiety. We are currently a team of 12 and are positioned for rapid growth in the near future. Our team values are diligence, authenticity, providence and joy and we live these values in everything we do.

Description

A Lead Advisor at Longwise serves in a client facing role as part of a 2 person client services team. This Lead Advisor's primary role is development and retention of clients through the delivery of financial planning advice. We are seeking an individual that works well in a team environment and can provide superior client service.


A Longwise Lead Advisor has the ability to develop new business through referrals from existing clients by providing superior client service. Build additional channels of new business by acting as an ambassador of the firm, and participating in firm sponsored business development activities.


Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings to understand and advise on client financial needs
  • Responsible for implementing our client service model to deliver on client experience
  • Handling primary client relationship/advisor duties for a roster of clients
  • Spending at least 25-30% of your time on generating new business and referrals
  • Playing an active role as a member of one or more key operational and strategic planning teams
  • Exhibit a proven record of client retention and the capability to expand a book of business
  • Leverage and expand an established network of referrals


Qualifications

  • Previous work experience (1-5 years) in the financial services industry, client facing preferred
  • BA/BS Degree required, Finance highly preferred
  • CFP, CFA, or MBA preferred
  • Series 7/63 & life and health required within 6 months
  • Must have a strong understanding of investments, financial planning, and general finance knowledge
  • Must be a good relationship builder
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients
