Qualifications Required: Master's degree in educational leadership, education administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of successful experience in education leadership, executive coaching, or instructional coaching is required. A minimum of five years of experience designing and executing comprehensive leadership and professional development initiatives. Proven experience in K–12 educational environments, policies, and practices. Strong knowledge of K–12 curriculum, instructional leadership, and assessment practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and use it to inform leadership decisions. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
Preferred: Accreditated coaching certification from a recognized educational or training organization.
