Scope of work:

On-Site restoration of the masonry façade and roof replacement at a courthouse in Brooklyn. The project is slated to start construction December 2024 and will last 2 1/2 years.

Junior Project Manager (Downtown Brooklyn, NY)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum OSHA 10
• 2 years of relevant experience
  
  

Pay Rate: $38.00-42.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
