Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design function of marketing materials by providing creative/art direction and applicable design talent, with an emphasis on high volume campaign work
Set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency with oversight and execution of projects
Produce campaign and project guidelines for production or handoff to other designers and see through the final art direction in the production of deliverable assets
Think strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across reach of the brand
Communicate effectively with all staff and partners engendering trust and respect
Act as a senior member of the team aiding in the growth and mentoring of our junior teammates
Qualifications:
Prior experience building integrated marketing campaigns for multiple strategies and product groups
Exceptional aesthetic across art direction, narrative and in store experiences
Experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and new media communication
•Knowledge and sensitivity to creative trends influencing design in general, and in fashion/athletics/performance arenas
Thorough understanding of creative process, color theory and typography as well as interactive, digital design and video storytelling
You have at least 2+ years of relevant (preferably brand, agency or design firm) experience
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
