Role/Title: Java Tech Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL (1st preference to Phoenix)

Duration: 6+ Month(s) contract to hire

VISA Restrictions: MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERT FULL-TIME WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP.

Location: Hybrid onsite (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)

Interview: 1-hour technical video + 30 minute video

They are Building in speech to text scalable engine that can convert conversations into a transcript .

  • Multiple Gen AI use cases AMEX has been working on
  • Summarization Use Case
  • Speech to Text – scalable engine

Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience just not as an individual contributor but also as a hands-on tech lead
  • Strong background in speech-to-text technologies and unstructured data handling.
  • experience with machine learning would be plus.
    • Proficiency in NLP and building scalable ML models.
  • GCP and GCP services are a big plus
  • Gen AI experience is a big plus
  • Back-end server side no Front-end; building microservices and data related work.
  • Current needs are around senior engineers- tech leads that would be comfortably mentoring junior engineers and will have 3 scrum teams.
