ISDA Negotiator

We are currently seeking an ISDA Negotiator for a large multinational investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate ISDAs on behalf of funds, asset managers and insurance companies as part of an ISDA negotiation team within a large multinational bank.
• Collaborate closely with credit team, in-house counsel, and institutional clients and provide market and institutional knowledge to internal stakeholders.
• Provide documentation negotiation and support on repo and MRA agreements as well as other ancillary agreements concerning related transactions.
  
  

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $125,000 and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
