The Integration Analyst will work on assignments under the general direction of the Technology Director and Application Support Manager. The individual should be automation driven with a demonstrated aptitude for business-related technologies, a customer service mentality, and willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies. The Integration Analyst is responsible for obtaining, extracting, and organizing data from Susser Bank software that is used for board reporting, compliance, accounting, marketing, and operational departments. In addition, the Integration Analyst will work with various systems to identify and develop integration functionality for the various systems when possible.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Works closely with members of the Application Support team, business stakeholders, functional users, and members of the IT team.
Responsible for extracting data daily for officer, directors, and employees for use of audit, application, daily operations, accounting, compliance, quality control and marketing.
Creating and automating the delivery of reports so that the business units can complete their daily tasks.
Generate special reports for various employees as needed.
Maintain existing report creation jobs and processes.
Prepare and create annual audit reporting, year-end reporting, and fiscal year end reporting.
Design, develop, implement system integrations based on business unit needs.
Document and maintain processes for both report production and integration processes.
Provide necessary technical support of bank employees on reporting and integration processes.
Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of business application processes.
Provides support of business applications to bank-wide staff.
Maintains solid working knowledge of the functionality of existing applications and systems.
Assists with the implementation and integration of business applications.
Communicates effectively with applicable bank departments regarding scope of projects.
Reviews vendor publications and release notes and determines appropriate testing and process impacts for reports and integrations.
Maintains and provides follow-up support and troubleshooting services for new and existing processes.
Takes ownership of application issues and recruits appropriate resources to facilitate resolution.
Provides support for migrations, updates, and fixes as needed including review of automated processes that are impacted by these activities.

Education and Experience Required
High school or equivalent degree required.
Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics preferred.
Minimum of three years with integration experience preferred.
Banking experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities Required
Job Knowledge/Technical Knowledge:
Preferred: Jack Henry Banking systems, Salesforce
Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs
Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Experience with tools such as SQL, R, Python, or Java
Data Visualization Skills: Ability to use tools like Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI
Knowledge of the industry and how data analysis impacts business decisions
Experience with data mapping, transformation, and migration
Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft
Experience with message brokers like Kafka or similar
Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
Knowledge of database systems and data management principles.
Ability to think critically and approach problems from multiple angles.
Strong skills in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving integration issues.
Precision and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Project management experience is a plus.
Strong ethics, reliability and good judgment.
Accuracy, attention to details, organizational skills, analytical skills, problem solving, good time management and excellent follow up skills.
Strong verbal and written communication are required.
