We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inegration Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize programs, integration, and risk management expertise to work alongside the Sr. Director of Integration in crafting detailed acquisition integration project plans. It requires close cooperation with leadership to ensure that integration efforts are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of each deal.

This position is open to in office or remote work.
Essential Functions:
Applies program, integration, and risk management-oriented disciplines to collaborate with Sr. Director of Integration to develop acquisition integration project plans
Collaborate closely with leadership to set direction of an integration to align with the strategic rationale and thesis of the deal
Assists with integration planning and execution efforts
Escalates potential integration issues to leadership as appropriate
Act as project manager using project management software
Ensure accurate integration reporting for all current acquisitions in integration
Business analytics as needed, comparing acquisition’s current state to future state under Confluent Health programs
Organize diligence materials collected in Midaxo data room and systemize filing in SharePoint
Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree
2 or more years of program leadership experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Track record of success leading large, complex programs involving ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
