Jacuzzi Group is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team.

The Inside Sales Manager will be instrumental in the development of a brand new Inside Sales program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for driving the inside sales team to reach their goals and provide outstanding customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop inside sales program
  • Hire, train and lead a remote team of inside sales representatives across the country.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Responsible for generating revenue by following up with warm prospects and closing sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Coach and provide ongoing training to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes
  • Stay up to date with home improvement industry trends and best practices


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales (inside sales, in-home sales or home improvement sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Compensation is $70,000+ monthly bonus potential
