Job Overview – IT Manager:

Join our trusted client’s team in Union County, NJ, as an IT Manager. This hybrid role is pivotal in supporting infrastructure, applications, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both US and international teams. The IT Manager will provide leadership, troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and oversee IT policies and procedures.


Location: Union County, NJ

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000/year

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid, 4 Days In Office)


Responsibilities as the IT Manager:

  • Leadership and Direction: Lead all IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, and user support.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to applications, systems, and networks.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system patching and scripting.
  • Onboarding Support: Oversee the setup process for new hires, including logins, passwords, email accounts, and hardware configuration.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
  • Staff Training: Train staff on basic IT practices to empower them for self-sufficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Director of Finance and other departments to ensure IT initiatives align with business goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all internal users, both domestically and internationally, with support from an overseas IT technician.


Qualifications for the IT Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar IT management role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience in a Microsoft environment, including Active Directory and system administration tasks, with proficiency in patching, scripting, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and maintain a strong customer service focus.
