They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to ensure programs such as recruitment, onboarding, training, recognition, etc. promote a positive culture and reinforce the company’s values.
Administers employee performance management and development process.
Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. Ultimately responsible for ensuring employee records are complete, organized, and in compliance with any regulatory requirements.
Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to manage risk.
Facilitate employee termination as needed, ensuring proper documentation and mitigation of potential employment litigation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
4+ years' experience in Human Resources
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
