Job Title: Human Performance Program Manager

Location: FBI and DOJ facilities in Northern Virginia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead weekly group and personal fitness training sessions
  • Provide feedback and guidance to personnel during training
  • Assist with injury prevention and recovery
  • Share training plans and updates with remote team members
  • Conduct body composition and injury risk assessments
  • Lead monthly sessions on fitness, nutrition, and resilience
  • Maintain gym equipment and order supplies
  • Serve as an Emergency Medical Responder during training

Qualifications:

  • Background in nutrition, sports nutrition, kinesiology, physical therapy, exercise physiology, or related fields
  • Experience in high-demand environments like U.S. Special Operations, Olympic/professional sports, or Division I athletics
  • Strong coaching, injury prevention, and rehab skills
  • Emergency medical response certification
