Works with functional subject matter experts and stakeholders from different divisions to identify HR structures, processes, and frameworks that can be optimized, centralized, and/or automated for improved efficiency and transparency.

Collaborates with project managers and leaders to develop integrated change management strategies and plans for key HR transformation projects, aligning timing and intent of change management tactics.
Creates and communicates progress reports and updates to project teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Supports the development of the value proposition for the HR Transformation function, focusing on articulating strategic service delivery capabilities and the impact of their work.
Stays informed about industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements to support organizational efficiency and optimization.
