HM is looking for mid level Human Resources - Employee Relations Partner or business partner/ HRBP, who can handle everything - support from hiring and benefits to compliance and employee relations.
Job Description:
•Experience with cybersecurity firms, Fortune 500 technology companies, or enterprise network security is necessary
A minimum of 5 years of employee relations experience gained in either an HRBP or employee relations advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practising employment law.
• Strong understanding of employment law, compliance and ER best practice.
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders on sensitive employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct, interpersonal conflicts, complaints, leaves/accommodations, and behavioural/ conduct issues. and accommodations.
• Conduct investigations into complex and nuanced employment matters. Partner with Legal and other parties to adhere to investigative best practices, reaching the optimal outcomes for our organisation and employees.
• Drive workforce change initiatives (change management programs) in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that communication is effective, risk is mitigated, and that leaders and employees are supported through the process.
• Use HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues and make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team and People team colleagues.
• Support internal projects and initiatives as needed.
• Act as an advocate/ Advisor for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust, rapport and influence across all levels of the company.
• Demonstrated experience executing on , with the ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast paced environment.
• Track record of effectively coaching leaders to action in sensitive or ambiguous situations.
