As they strive for excellence in hospitality, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a dedicated team and uphold their commitment to exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Leadership and Team Management:**
- Provide effective leadership to the hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
2. **Operational Excellence:**
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control operating costs while maintaining high-quality service.
3. **Guest Experience:**
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service, anticipating and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Implement and maintain guest service programs to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Respond to guest feedback, reviews, and concerns to ensure continuous improvement.
4. **Financial Management:**
- Develop and manage the hotel budget, with a focus on revenue generation and expense control.
- Maximize profitability through strategic pricing and revenue management strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
5. **Sales and Marketing:**
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and market share.

- Represent the hotel in the local community and industry events.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager in a full-service property.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and guest service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
