CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Hotel General Manager to oversee a 65-room Holiday Inn Express in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This hotel is an older building with the need for an experienced general manager who can prioritize projects as the property prepares for a 2025 renovation. The hotel has a seasoned staff that can provide great customer service with the right person who can help train with the IHG way.
The Task Force Hotel General Manager would be responsible for the daily oversight of this hotel in conjunction with the newly hired general manager. The expectation would be to enhance the current operational team while improving the hotel's Key Performance Indexes. There is also an expectation to become involved with community events to enhance the hotel's local image.
The CUSA Task Force General Manager position typically works a position or hotel for 60 to 120 days or until the permanent is properly trained. CUSA manages hotels throughout the United States and has consistent task force assignments in Marriott, IHG, Choice, Wyndham, and Independent Hotels.
