O’Neal, Inc. has an opportunity for a Level I/II Helpdesk Technician to support our end users. This position provides the first line of support for Helpdesk requests for assistance. The Helpdesk Technician provides updates and support for printers, software, hardware, and wireless access. They will assist with configuring PCs for users, supporting remote access, and Antivirus administration. Key skills include prompt and responsive communications, with a strong focus on customer service. Proficiency working with Windows environments and MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams is required. Knowledge of Audio/visual conferencing tools, monitors, projectors, and related systems is preferred. Experience supporting BlueBeam, Azure, or Workspot is a plus.
