Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Active Directory including but not limited to user creation, deletion, permissions, and password resets
  • Ensure prompt response and escalation for all system outages/issues, providing updates to management and end users
  • Onsite visits with Clients to repair, diagnose, and correct PCs, laptops, scanners, printers, copiers, and other devices
  • Configuration of new computers and applications for deployment
  • Provide remote support and resolution of problems pertaining to client PCs, laptops, scanners, printers, copiers, and other devices
  • Support productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, etc
  • Service printer and copier issues such as driver updates, driver installation, scan to file and email
  • Create and track tickets related to issue, escalations, and resolutions using ConnectWise Manage
  • Perform maintenance of client computers as scheduled
  • Document changes made to computers or infrastructure
  • Facilitate troubleshooting by representing the client while working with third party vendors
  • Troubleshoot network systems using familiar methods such as ping, trace route, nslookup, telnet and other tools
  • Provide excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Help Desk experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to pass all required background checks successfully
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity of computer hardware/software and network technology
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Other duties as assigned
