Job Description

  • Knowledge and experience with clinical procedure codes, charge codes
  • Working knowledge of radiological exams and data
  • Able to map clinical procedures, evaluate, and maintain a procedure master including CMS updates
  • Proficient in Excel formulas, functions, macros
  • SQL skills preferred
  • Capable of learning and using new applications and/or tools
  • Ability to understand how multiple components, departments, and applications fit together in order to assess, coordinate, and implement changes
  • Ability to assess, coordinate, and review all issues and impacts associated with applications support and clinical processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of master and reference data concepts, experience preferred
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare background preferred
  • Knowledge of State and Federal, including HIPAA, laws, and regulations pertaining to confidentiality of protected health information
  • Proficient in Business Analyst skills:
  • Interaction with all levels of the business
  • Creation of Issue statements, project objectives
  • Documentation of data flows
  • Gathering and documenting requirements
  • Crafting and implementing solutions
  • Imaging and DICOM workflow
