About The Role

Passionate about Marketing Operations? Your next role will oversee global marketing processes, technology, data, and project management to ensure maximum efficiency and measurable success of marketing initiatives. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Group Manager, Marketing Operations who can shape our global reporting to prove marketing ROI, create efficiency and help orchestrate Customer Experience programs that leverage Net Promoter Score data to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based in our remodeled New York office you will be responsible for the technology required to make marketing campaigns effective.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Marketing Organization, you’ll help to ensure strategic objectives and a customer-first mindset are upheld throughout the organization. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise in marketing technology and operations. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:

  • Strategic Planning, execution, and monitoring: Develop and implement global software and templates for marketing activity planning and strategy ensuring consistency and efficiency in strategy planning across all markets.
  • Customer experience (CX), Voice of the Customer (VoC) and NPS: Implement and oversee the operations of CX strategies to capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback across all touchpoints. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to launch a global VoC program to capture customer insights and monitor key CX metrics, including NPS.
  • Alignment with global sales operations: Ensure seamless integration and alignment with global sales operations, facilitating a cohesive approach to reporting, CRM data, customer engagement, and pipeline tracking across all regions.
  • Process optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Technology and tools management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and use of marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance and provide analytics for decision-making. Lead the selection, implementation, and road mapping of software to streamline marketing processes, including content management, social media, campaign and PR calendars, and events planning.
  • Data management and analytics: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to provide insights on performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Comprehensive reporting: Lead the development and delivery of detailed reporting for marketing activities (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Global leadership in marketing ops: Establish a high-performing community of marketing operations across the group ensuring all regions can execute complex marketing strategies with accountability and traceability.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 8+ years in a marketing operations role with a dynamic and complex business environment
  • Deep understanding of CX principles, customer journey mapping, and VoC methodologies
  • Proven experience in managing marketing technology stacks and data analytics platforms
  • Expert-level experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms including reporting, database management, and analysis tools
  • Experience working with customer surveys, NPS and CS programs
  • Experience with market and customer intelligence software (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple projects across different regions at one time
