Role Summary

The Graphic Designer provides design guidance by generating ideas and executing them on all projects. The candidate should be a conceptual thinker and talented designer with diverse integrated experience that includes print, digital and social advertising.

Responsibilities

• Create print and digital designs for multiple brands.
• Prepare files for multi-use, in multiple formats, for printing.
• Prepare logos for company uniforms, promotional material, and printed work cards or give-away material.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to brand standards of the company.
• Maintain records of graphic designs created and implemented.
• Communicating project progress to the graphic design manager and other interested parties.
• Keeping up to date on the practices and procedures of the industry.
• Assist the team members to choose the right style, graphics, images, and other visual elements according to the project.
• Collaborate with printers, vendors, and inter-department colleagues for needed projects.
• Support junior designers, marketing coordinators, and social media teams.
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of standard design, pre-press techniques, and process.
• Thorough understanding of Adobe design and editing programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Flash.
• Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent creative and innovative skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize different tasks; delegation power.

Working Conditions

• This position requires sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25lbs.
• Travel may be required to company events or openings.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends where necessary
• Comply with the brands and Company uniform and hygiene standards
