Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer located in Redlands, CA. The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analyzing soil and rock properties, providing geotechnical engineering recommendations, specializing in engineering geology and foundation design, and supporting construction projects.

  • Site Investigation and Soil analysis
  • Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology
  • Foundation Design
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to carefully document findings and calculations accurately


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or ability to obtain within 2-3 years
  • Experience with CAD software, GIS, and geotechnical data analysis software is preferred
